How to reduce onboarding rejects

In high-volume KYC, rejects usually come from 3 things: poor capture, inconsistent rules and unguided retries. Here is a simple recipe to improve.

1) Capture quality

Ask for the minimum, validate live and guide with examples. A guided retry beats 10 support tickets.

2) Risk-based rules

Not all customers need the same. Tune requirements by amount, industry and signals.

3) Evidence and traceability

Centralize artifacts, checks and decisions. When audit comes, everything is in the case file.
